Rogue Squadron Game

I'm sure this isn't the best board on which to post this (except in the sense that we like games of this age if not necessarily genre), but I'm posting here anyway. I made the skeleton of a Rogue Squadron game in the form of an applet (that can easily be made into a standalone Windows executable). Anyone still interested in the game could help me in the form of either extracting the level models from the original game (they still look great), or model me new ones. The only problem...

New Harry Potter

Anyone else see the new Harry Potter film? First, let me say I haven't read all the books myself, so I went to the film without preconceived notions and no prior knowledge of what was supposed to happen.

While I enjoyed the film, I felt it was not as fun or entertaining as the previous films, despite all the critical raves. The story line was rather pedestrianm or at least presented in a pedestrian way, and I really felt things skipped around a lot with scenes suddenly...

There's always this strange internal dichotomy I face this time of year. I'm personally against war as a method of bringing about change in most cases. Yet, war is sometimes unavoidable, and the soldiers who gave that "last full measure of devotion" (as Lincoln put it) to preserve our freedom deserve our solemn respect and appreciation. If your boiler still isn't fixed yet, I suggest getting a saint Bernard with a barrel of brandy. Or just the barrel of brandy. Even if your boiler is fixed, I'd still do it. It doesn't have to be brandy either.

It's been awfully quiet here so I thought I'd drop in and say, "Hi!" Anyone doing anything interesting?
